Forwarding
Perhaps you want the professional look of an email address @yourdomain, but you don’t want to worry about checking multiple accounts.
No problem! Email can be forwarded3 so you only have to check one inbox. Have your @yourdomain emails sent to your existing address and/or
have several @yourdomain addresses forwarded to just one.
Custom Email Programs
You can also have your own custom WEBMail program4 with your own logos and designed to match your site. This is especially desirable for larger organizations with many individual email addresses. Account holders can log in and access their email from your site, maintaining a seamless, professional look.
1For IMAP/POP3-SMTP, it is recommended that your domain’s hosting include at least a basic SSL certificate. Attempting to access mail via IMAP/POP3-SMTP without a secure connection will cause security warnings in most mail clients. You can always securely access your mail via KellyITS WEBMail whether your domain has its own SSL or not.
2If you generally only use your mail client from one computer/device, we recommend using the POP3 protocol. For those that access their email from multiple locations (home, office, mobile), we recommend IMAP.
3Forwarded email still accumulates in the original mailbox. It is recommended that the original account be accessed once in a while in order to clean out unwanted messages.
